EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A project that will bring improvements to Agua Dulce Park in far East El Paso will break ground this week.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Agua Dulce Park, 15371 Kentwood Ave.
