More than 12,600 residents are without power, according to an El Paso Electric outage map.
The map displayed outages in several parts of El Paso and Las Cruces as of 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 18. El Paso Electric is “assessing” the reported outages and has an estimated time of restoration of 1:45 p.m.
