EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 28-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 18, after he broke into a Clint Independent School District building, damaging property, and was later seen in the roadway throwing rocks at passing vehicles in Horizon, according to police.
Gerardo Cabral, 28, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and one count of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle or watercraft with a $27,000 total bond. He was then booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
