HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Horizon police arrested a 28-year-old man after he allegedly tried to break into the Clint school district building on Wednesday evening.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, Gerardo Cabral was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal mischief after investigators said he broke multiple windows and tried to break into the Clint Independent School District.
