El Paso County bond projects advance as commissioners get update, seek community input

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso County’s three major bond-funded projects are moving forward, and county leaders are now taking the next step to involve residents in plans for the county’s first dedicated animal shelter.

In November 2024, voters approved three capital improvement bonds totaling $155 million for projects focused on community spaces, public health and animal welfare.
