EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso City Council approved two major plans this week for the City’s Public Art Program.
The 2026–2036 Public Art Master Plan Update provides the 10-year roadmap for the Public Art Program, while the 2026 Public Art Plan focuses on this year’s priorities and adds three new projects, the City said.
