EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 41-year-old man was arrested after not paying over $46,000 in child support, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct Three.
Jose Jesus Zuniga, 41, was arrested on an active warrant for criminal non-support (failing to pay child support) with a $5,500 bond.
On Monday, March 2, deputies with the Constable’s Office received information of an active warrant for criminal non-support on Zuniga. Zuniga owes over $46,000 in child support.
Zuniga was located on the 10400 block of Montevideo Street and was taken into custody. He was booked into the county jail without further incident…
