EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 30-year-old woman was arrested after a hit-and-run crash last week in Horizon, according to Horizon City Police Department.
Amanda Gloria Portillo, 30, was charged with collision involving damage to vehicle. She was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $2,500 bond.
