EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso County constable’s office arrested two people with outstanding warrants on Monday after tracking down a suspect believed to be living in the area.
According to the El Paso County Constable Office of Hector Bernal, Precinct Three, while searching for another wanted individual, 25-year-old Jonathan Ruiz-Esparza was arrested for outstanding warrants for assault and criminal mischief.
The constable’s office said on Monday it received information about an active criminal warrant for criminal mischief over $1,500 and under $20,000, with a $50,000 bond for an individual possibly residing in the 2400 block of Texas…
