Well, we were screaming for it for the longest time, then we got it here in Amarillo. Buc-ee’s heard our pleas and cries for a location here, and they obliged us. They’ve had their doors open to us for over a year at this point, and it’s just as busy as ever.
One thing I will say is this…it’s a pain in the butt to try and get out of the parking lot sometimes. I’ve been a couple of times, and each time, I’ve sat at the exit of the parking lot for at least 5 minutes. Outside of that? No complaints.

Buc-ee’s Receives 33 ‘F’ Ratings
It seems many don’t share my sentiment about no complaints with Buc-ee’s, unfortunately. Out of 54 total locations across the United States, a stunning 3 of them have received an ‘F’ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and only 39 Buc-ee’s locations are listed on the BBB site. That’s shocking if you ask me.
Some of the complaints that have rolled in consisted of no phone number to reach anyone, being severely overcharged (one customer claims they were charged $8 for $17 worth of stuff), but the biggest complaints come from customers saying that the people working there are rude and not helpful.
