EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Independent School District has launched a new Family Help Desk designed to provide parents and caregivers with a single point of contact for questions, concerns, and support related to their child’s education, the district announced.
The Family Help Desk connects families with district departments and resources, helping them navigate topics ranging from enrollment and transportation to special programs and student services, EPISD said.
