EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 39-year-old man wanted on a criminal non-support warrant for failing to pay more than $23,000 in child support was arrested on Thursday after he turned himself in, ending a weekslong effort by deputies to take him into custody.
According to the El Paso Constable Office Precinct Three, on Thursday, deputies with the El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three received information about Edgar Elias Gonzalez-Mendoza, who had an active warrant for Criminal Non-Support, which carried a $5,000 bond.
