NMSU Police search for driver in crash resulting in 2 people being airlifted

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — New Mexico State University Police have drafted an arrest warrant with multiple charges for the driver who fled after a crash that resulted in two people being airlifted to El Paso over the weekend.

As KTSM previously reported, the crash happened around 2 a.m. on Saturday, March 14 at the intersection of Triviz Drive and Cholla Road.

The vehicle was traveling southbound on Triviz Drive when it ran a stop sign and drove through a fence at the nearby solar farm, crashing into the panels…
