A man is facing a federal human smuggling charge for allegedly running a migrant stash house in Central El Paso, authorities said.
Crescencio Pacheco Olvera, 37, is facing a federal charge of conspiracy to harbor, transport, and bring in undocumented individuals after Border Patrol agents found 19 migrants hidden in a semitrailer near Las Cruces, New Mexico, and another 16 at a stash house in El Paso.
Pacheco Olvera is being tried in the U.S. District of New Mexico.
