EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso City Council will discuss and possibly take action on the future of Cesar Chavez’s legacy in the Borderland in the upcoming meeting.
The meeting is set to take place on Wednesday, April 1 at City Hall, located at 300 N. Campbell.
