EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Electric (EPE) filed a general rate case on Friday, March 27 with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, the company announced.
The rate case would “update its base rates for New Mexico customers,” the company said in a news release.
EPE serves New Mexico from Anthony to Hatch, a company spokesman said.
