EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — Strong wind gusts swept across El Paso on Friday, but the windy weather didn’t stop visitors from heading to Scenic Drive in Central El Paso to take in the binational view.
One visitor, Carealine, said the wind was noticeable but not enough to spoil the experience. “It makes my skin feel a little gritty. But, but all in all, it’s beautiful. It’s beautiful,” she said.
