Online users expressed outrage after a viral video showed what they described as a “brutal” arrest involving a woman in Texas.
According to KFOX14, the woman, identified as Kelcee Hufford, had a warrant issued for her arrest. She was wanted on charges of family violence and assault. Officers from the El Paso Police Department were then dispatched to carry out the arrest. The method used during the arrest was later described by some online as controversial.
In the video, two officers are seen on top of the woman. One officer instructed her to give him her hands, and she asked for his badge number in response.
