A 24-year-old man is facing criminal charges in Northeast El Paso after officers pulled him over on Wednesday and reported finding firearms and ammunition in his vehicle, according to police. The traffic stop happened in the 3100 block of Titanic Avenue near Devils Tower Circle after a report of shots fired in the area. Authorities booked the suspect on counts tied to firing a weapon in public and held him on bond.
