EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/ CBS4)- Strong winds swept across the Borderland on Easter, disrupting some outdoor holiday plans in El Paso while adding an unexpected boost to kite-flying and other festivities.
In Northeast El Paso, gusty conditions created challenges for families trying to set up canopies and find parking, but many still chose to spend the day outside.
