EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A woman, around the age of 30, who was walking across Interstate 10 near Downtown on Sunday evening, April 5 was struck and killed by a vehicle, El Paso Police said.
At about 8 p.m., El Paso Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigations Unit responded to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian along I-10 East at the Downtown exit.

The preliminary investigation showed that the woman, who has not been identified, was walking north to south across the freeway.
At the same time, a vehicle traveling on I-10 struck the woman. The woman was transported to a local hospital where she died from her injuries, police said…
