ANTHONY, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — The City of Anthony in New Mexico has asked state and federal authorities for help after the mayor said he uncovered major issues regarding public records and equipment possibly lost during administration transitions.
Mayor Gabriel I. Holguin, who took office at the end of 2025, said he and other city leaders have identified several irregularities, citing issues with the transition from former mayor Diana Murillo’s administration.
