EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A man was arrested after officers responded to a report of a theft that took place at a local business in Horizon.
On Thursday, April 9, Horizon City Police began an investigation and identified the suspect as 40-year-old David Landeros.
Landeros allegedly stole items from the local business near the 13900 block of Horizon Boulevard.
The case was presented to a judge, and an arrest warrant was issued…
