Las Cruces, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 29-year-old woman was arrested in El Paso after deputies said a 2-year-old child was found walking alone along a sidewalk Sunday evening.
On Sunday at about 6 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Kearney Way for a report of a found child.
