EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A large law enforcement presence was spotted in West El Paso on Tuesday evening.
KFOX14/CBS4 camera crews were on the scene, in the area of the Ojo de Agua and Isla Del Rey Drive, where it appears agents from the U.S. Marshal were investigating a home.
Two people, a man and a woman, appeared to be detained, as they were seen sitting on the sidewalk at the feet of agents, the woman handcuffed with her hands behind her back.
