EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Dozens of community members gathered on Saturday, May 2 at Ascarate Park to raise awareness about arthritis and raise funds to support research, advocacy and patient programs.
The 25th anniversary Walk to Cure Arthritis El Paso raised more than $40,000, organizers said.
Held at the start of Arthritis Awareness Month, the event served as a “powerful reminder” that arthritis doesn’t just affect joints. It impacts lives and futures.
