EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A woman with three prior DWI convictions was arrested over the weekend after an El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a pickup truck for speeding in East El Paso.
According to the sheriff’s office, on May 2, at about 2:50 a.m., a deputy conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of North Zaragoza Road and John Hayes Street after observing a white Ford F-150 traveling at a high rate of speed.
