(WJET/WFXP)– The Erie teen arrested for allegedly firing shots into a house party in the city, followed by an alleged car chase, is heading to trial, while the case against another teen accused of helping him has moved forward.
According to court documents, 18-year-old Brendon Hall is heading to trial for the second of two cases stemming from his alleged actions on the night of February 15, when police said he fired 21 shots at a home in the 4000 block of Schaper Avenue, then led police on a chase on the city’s east side.

Hall is tentatively scheduled to go to trial in September for felony gun charges, receiving stolen property, flight and evading police, to go with another misdemeanor fleeing charge and several summary driving offenses.
Court documents show Hall had all charges from the alleged shooting that night, which included 47 felony counts of aggravated assault and discharging a firearm into a structure, among others, waived to court during his preliminary hearing on May 27.
