(WJET/WFXP)– The Crawford County Fair has announced the Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artist headlining Country Music Night for this year’s celebration, coming up in August.
Fair officials announced three-time Grammy nominee Joe Nichols will be headlining this year’s celebration on August 27, bringing his signature sound that blends country music past and present, with Dan Baey set to open and Travis Bolt also set to perform.

Known for his hit songs in the early 2000s, Nichols has amassed platinum and gold certifications for four singles and went double platinum for his hit party song Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off.
He’s also been ranked as one of Billboard’s top 50 country artists of the 21st century while being nominated for the Grammy for Best Male Country Vocal Performance in 2004 for Brokenheartsville, Best Country Album for “Man With A Memory” in 2003, along with Best Male Country Vocal Performance for The Impossible in the same year.
