Family and friends of Tobias, the five-year-old boy who tragically passed in the East 26th Street fire, are inviting the community to help celebrate what would have been his sixth birthday.
The birthday celebration will feature food, fireworks, and fun on July 4 at Burton Park in Erie. The celebration will begin at 6 p.m. and continue until after the fireworks conclude.
Food will be available fresh off the grill, and commemorative birthday shirts are also being made for the occasion…
