Cathedral Preparatory School’s graduating class of 1964 came back together in Erie on Saturday to celebrate a year filled with 80th birthday celebrations.
Instead of waiting for their 65th anniversary reunion in 2029, dozens of the former classmates decided to meet early for one big birthday bash.
“Our class was always a very social class. We always had a good time and over the years, we’ve all kept in touch with each other. About half of the group moved out of Erie, the other half still stay here,” said co-organizer and alumni Marty Crowe. “I drive around and see all the old places, there’s a story on every corner.”…
