Two people are dead after police said one car crossed the centerline of a Chautauqua County road, causing a collision Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called out to a portion of Route 430 in the Town of Chautauqua around 3:40 Thursday afternoon for a crash involving two cars going in opposite directions.
Case moves forward for July 4 shooting suspect
At the time of the crash, police said 23-year-old Alexander Morelli of Meadville was heading eastbound while 51-year-old Doug Griffith of Massena, NY, was heading westbound when Morelli crossed the center line and struck Griffith’s car.
