The Cork, Skunk & Goat owners join Erie Events’ bayfront market house

Erie Events’ planned $14 million market house has secured an anchor tenant.

The organization announced on Sept. 2 that Red Letter Hospitality — which owns Erie restaurant The Cork 1794 and the Skunk & Goat Tavern in North East — will launch a “primary restaurant concept” at the market house that will feature “casual American cuisine alongside indoor and outdoor games for all ages,” according to an announcement from Erie Events and Red Letter.

Activities will include outside lawn games and classic “tabletop and arcade-style games inside,” the announcement states…
