PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) — Residents and businesses affected by the Sept. 2-3 storms may be eligible for federal loans and state grants, the Shapiro administration announced.
The U.S. Small Business Administration approved low-interest disaster loans for affected residents in Clinton and Erie counties and several surrounding counties, including Centre, Clearfield and Lycoming.
