Court information states Pinkney serves as the former secretary and tax collector for Marianna Borough.

While employed, Pinkney allegedly used the borough’s credit cards to pay for personal purchases. In order to pay back the balance of those purchases, Pinkney reportedly used tax money collected from the borough residents’ tax, water and garbage bills.
