(WJET/WFXP/ YourErie.com )– Look outside and what do you see? Chances are if you’re in northern Erie County it’s dense fog as the National Weather Service has issued a dense fog warning for the area until 11 a.m. Saturday.
According to JET 24 Meteorologist Tom Atkins, fog will be most dense closest to the lake with visibility near zero making for hazardous driving conditions. The National Weather Service also said visibility will be one-quarter of a mile (1,320 feet) or less.

Drivers are advised to slow down and use their headlights during the day and to leave plenty of distance ahead of their vehicle.
