For restaurant Inspections: At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Jan. 24 through Thursday.

Marty’s Tavern, 1003 Parade St. (Slushie machine nozzle found with mold.) Also one noncritical violation. Jan. 25

Lucky’s Food Mart 2, 701 State St. (Food facility does not employee a certified employee as required.) Tuesday

Country Fair, 406 N. Center St., Corry. (Facility unable to verify bottled water being used or offered for sale is from approved sources.) Tuesday

Albion Valenza, 10220 John Williams Ave., Conneaut Township. (Dinner sausage, bruschetta held in refrigeration for longer than seven days.) Tuesday

Walmart, 961 E. Columbus Ave., Corry. (Sanitizer concentration out of range.) Jan. 25
