Enrique’s restaurant at West 18th and Liberty Streets is closed until further notice after a fire broke out in apartments above the business on Saturday afternoon. Shortly before 1:00 p.m. Erie fire officials say flames broke out in the area of three vacant apartments above Enrique’s Southeast Mexico Taqueria and Tortilleria.
