Doughnut lovers can now get their Mighty Fine fix on Monday’s due to additional hours.
Mighty Fine Donuts, 2612 Parade St., is now open on Mondays, bringing their hours of operation up to six days a week.
“Doug (Robinson) has been working hard at growing our staff,” Shari Robinson, co-owner of Mighty Fine Donuts said. “One of the biggest things is that we had that 10-person crew where everyone was distinct in what they were doing. Doug grew the staff and got them cross-trained.”
Now Mighty Fine Donuts has 22 staff members who are available to make doughnuts and serve customers.
“We’re over double (the staff) when we first took over and we now have multiple people cross-trained …,” Robinson said. “When someone is not available, anyone is able to cover and it won’t jeopardize that great taste; that we’ve made sure of.”

Mighty Fine Mondays
Mighty Fine was previously open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shop added Monday hours from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting on Sept. 16.
