Erie Events is adopting a policy which will limit what kind of bags patrons can bring into its venues starting this month, according to an announcement Tuesday. It will affect all public ticketed events at Erie Insurance Arena, Warner Theatre and Bayfront Convention Center starting Saturday, Sept. 28, which is the day of the Erie Otters home opener.
