The A.N.N.A. Shelter is seeking information on a dog that was brought in from Erie’s Eastside. The dog was kept outside in a small plastic crate for a very long time. The shelter says the dog is underweight and was covered in urine and feces when found. The dog’s nails were long and overgrown and his paws and hips are urine scalded.
