Tour Erie, a new walking tour company in downtown Erie, is launching a new Halloween themed tour this fall season. The tour, Eerie Stories, Legends & Lore, will take attendees back in time to learn about the blood, but successful Battle of Lake Eire and the sad legacy of Misery Bay.
