The stress of the unknown impact of a hurricane is being felt by some in western Pennsylvania. A woman who used to live near Erie has family in the storm’s path. Maria Cannon, her husband and kids lived in Erie County for about 17 years. They moved closer to Pittsburgh a few years ago. Her parents and two siblings live around Tampa. Milton will be the third storm to affect them this year.
