(WNY News Now) – A routine response to a car accident in the Town of Hanover led to the arrest of Daniel J. Pelsey Jr. for driving while intoxicated on October 6, 2024. Hanover, N.Y. – On the evening of October 6, 2024, at approximately 7:18 PM, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one-car motor vehicle accident in the Town of Hanover.
