At the PIAA golf championships, the Fairview girls made history capturing the program’s first ever state title in the sport with a win in class 2A.
The Cathedral Prep boys golf team finished second in class 2A, settling for state silver.
Additionally, the Hickory girls, a defending three-time state champion, finished third while the Saegertown boys and McDowell girls each finished in eighth in their respective classes.
