The ANNA Shelter is once again answering calls and handling cases of animal cruelty.
This time, for a roughly two-year-old labrador retriever mix who was found with two gunshot wounds, and a zip tie tight around his neck.
State police are investigating this case, and before we get into the story, we warn you of images in the player above that some viewers may find disturbing.
This is Hall. For everything he’s been through, he’s in great spirits — Greeting people and constantly wagging his tail.

“We’re the voice of the voiceless, essentially. So I think with especially us, we work for a shelter. We don’t know what’s going to come through that door any given time or day,” said Kelly Haynes, vet assistant for the ANNA Shelter.
Hall has been with the ANNA Shelter for about a week now after Pennsylvania State Police in Meadville were alerted of his condition.
He was found in a barn on Maplewood Road in Guys Mills, bleeding from the neck.
