Multiple east county fire departments spent the evening battling a large fire in Harborcreek Township.
Crews were called to the corner of Buffalo and Depot roads just before 7 p.m. on Thursday.
When crews arrived on the scene, the building was engulfed in flames.
At one point, all firefighters had to evacuate the structure because the roof was starting to collapse.
The wind made fighting the fire difficult at times.
The building once housed Huskie Auto Service but is currently listed for sale.
According to the real estate listing, there’s a three-bedroom apartment above the garage.
The American Red Cross was called to assist.
