( WJET/WFXP ) — A popular fast food chain is thanking veterans by offering them a free meal.
As a way to celebrate Veterans Day this year, McDonald’s is giving away free meals throughout the day to both current and former military members on Monday, November 11.

In order to receive a free meal, veterans must show a valid military ID.
Breakfast, which is available until 10:30 a.m., includes a free Sausage Egg McMuffin meal, a hash brown and any size soft drink, tea or coffee.
The lunch and dinner meal includes a free 10-piece McNugget Meal, medium fry and any size soft drink, tea or coffee.
This deal is only available via dine-in or drive-through and will not be available on the McDonad’s app.
