The Millcreek Township Fire Department invited community members to share their expectations of the department over the next five years.
Fire chief Michael Cliff said the Community Driven Strategic Plan Initiative allows members of the Millcreek community to help prioritize their expectations of the fire department.

Cliff said this is an effort to be transparent with what the fire department is currently doing while creating a road map for the fire department for the next five years.
“I was hired as the first Millcreek Township fire chief and from my experience I was able to come in and lay the foundation to get us where we are which we’ve done a lot in the past year and this is an opportunity to kind of hit the breaks and talk with the community get feedback on what they want to see from the fire department,” said Cliff.
Cliff said this is the first of many expected strategic planning meetings to take place.
