Police investigating ATM stolen from outside Crawford Co. business

( WJET/WFXP )– Pennsylvania State Police in Corry are asking the public for information after an ATM was ripped out of the ground and stolen in Crawford County Sunday morning.

Police said a GENMEGA ATM machine was stolen from outside a local business at the intersection East Freemont Street and North Main Street in Townville Boro on Dec. 8 around 8:18 a.m.

The person involved reportedly used tow straps and their vehicle to pull the machine from its secured location before leaving.

No description was given for the vehicle and anyone with information is asked to call PSP Corry at (814) 663- 2043.
